School-Based Subscriptions. If you are a school administrator and would like to support all teachers employed in your school, you may purchase school-based subscriptions to TaskBuilderOnline™, eLearningTeacher.com™, and LFcoachingOnline™. Each teacher will receive a unique username and password to access a secure account for a Basic, Extended, or Deluxe Professional Development Plan anytime, anywhere with a computer connected to the Internet.

School System Subscriptions. If you are a school district administrator and would like to support all teachers employed in your school district, please contact us to explore an appropriate plan and discounted rates to meet your school district needs.

College or University Subscriptions. If you are a college or university administrator and would like to support all teachers enrolled in your teacher education program, please contact us to explore an appropriate plan and discounted rates to meet your teacher education needs.

Payment Process for School-Based Subscriptions

Payment by check or purchase order is the best way to pay for school-based subscriptions. A school-based subscription can be activated as soon as we receive a subscription request, a list of all teachers with their email addresses, and a check or approved purchase order number.

If your school would like to pay by purchase order, please follow this process:

  1. Refer to one of the School-Based Subscription Options and Rates below in your purchase order.
  2. Obtain a purchase order number from your purchasing department.
  3. Fill out and submit our Online School-Based Subscription Request Form. We will review and confirm your request via email. Please do not send us your approved purchase order and list of teacher names and email addresses until you fill out and submit this online form and receive our confirmation email message.
  4. Fax (410.666.1556) or mail the purchase order and list of teacher names and email addresses to:

  5. We will mail an invoice as soon as we receive a hard-copy of the purchase order (mailed or faxed).

We can usually activate the individual teacher accounts for your school within 24 hours after we receive your approved purchase order or check.
School-Based Subscription Options and Rates

Directions: First, select the option that accommodates the number of teachers in your school, e.g. a school with 20 teachers would use Option 1: 1-25 teachers. Second, select the plan and rate for your school, e.g. Basic @ $17.99 per teacher, per month. Third, calculate your total cost, e.g., Option 1 for 20 teachers @ $17.99 per teacher for 10 months for a total cost of $3,598.
