| Context Every high school in Maryland faces a common challenge. By the year 2014, 100% of their students are expected to meet the proficient level for reading and mathematics. Moreover, students entering the ninth grade in 2005 are required to pass new high school graduation testing requirements. This School Improvement Project, "Building a School Improvement Process," was designed by LearningFront to support Central Career Center at Briscoe in its quest to show continuous progress in meeting and exceeding this challenge.
