1. Information WF2000 collects.
You are free to visit eLearningTeacher.com™ or TaskBuilderOnline™ without identifying yourself; however, if you would like to utilize or customize some features of the Services, you must first open an account with WF2000. When you open an account, we will request certain personal information, including your name, city and state, email address, and highest educational level. This information better enables us to provide you with content relevant to your interests and provides us with aggregate demographic data that WF2000 uses to improve the services offered to users. In addition to opening an account, WF2000 may, from time to time, request personal information for purposes such as the provision of customer service, billing, synchronization of information available in the eLearningTeacher.com™ Developer with eLearningTeacher.com™ Programs channel, network management, customer surveys, newsletter subscriptions, offers of related services, and other exchanges of information. WF2000 gathers information about all users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access most often. WF2000 automatically logs IP addresses, session sources, and other data which tracks users’ access to eLearningTeacher.com™ and TaskBuilderOnline™. We analyze these logs for sales and marketing purposes as well as system performance monitoring. These logs are analyzed for the overall, aggregate trends they reveal about out customers, not for the behaviors of individual users.
2. Privacy of Children
eLearningTeacher.com™ and TaskBuilderOnline™ provide Services to adults aged 18 and above. Therefore, WF2000 does not:
- collect any information from children because they are not the intended audience of eLearningTeacher.com™ or TaskBuilderOnline™;
- entice children, by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, to provide information necessary to participate in eLearningTeacher.com™ or TaskBuilderOnline™; or

3. What WF2000 does with the information it collects.
The UserID you select when opening an account must be used to log in and participate in a eLearningTeacher.com™ Program and TaskBuilderOnline™. Once you log in to an eLearningTeacher.com™ Program or TaskBuilderOnline™, you will be identified to the instructor and other participants in that eLearningTeacher.com™ Program or TaskBuilderOnline™ by your full name in areas such as email lists, and other places where names appear. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes available to the instructor and other participants in that eLearningTeacher.com™ Program or TaskBuilderOnline™, and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
WF2000 makes email lists available in eLearningTeacher.com™ Programs, TaskBuilderOnline™, and other Services. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information, and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
The personal information you supply to WF2000 will not be given, sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties outside of WF2000, except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with legal process, (ii) enforce the Terms of Use, (iii) respond to claims that any content on eLearningTeacher.com™ or TaskBuilderOnline™ violates the rights of third parties, or (iv) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of WF2000, its users, or the public.

4. How does WF2000 use cookies?

6. Access to Your Information
WF2000 offers users the ability to correct or change the information collected when opening an account. Users may change this information at any time and as often as necessary by choosing the “Edit Profile” option offered throughout the Service.
7. Security
All of your personal information is stored on servers at a location designed specifically to ensure that no unauthorized individuals have access to the server or its data.
8. European Union Data Protection
If you reside in the European Union, upon registration you will be indicating your explicit consent that the personal information you have provided may be transferred and stored in countries outside the EU, including the United States. If you fail to provide your consent, you will not be permitted to access the Services for which registration is required.
