How Does LearningFront Help Schools? In the examples above, LearningFront consultants provided the following professional services:
- Met with the principal and members of the school improvement team to determine the scope of work, participant roles, and schedule for developing the school improvement plan.
- Developed and launched a web site to post the purpose, scope of work, schedule, and a feedback system for all stakeholders.
- Participated in the scheduled meetings as determined by the school improvement team and developed working drafts of the meeting results for posting on the school web site. This allowed both team members and other stakeholders to monitor the development process and provide comments after each meeting.
